Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a leading global in production of batteries and energy storage systems for industrial and advanced technology applications, a Key Account Manager in Bucharest. People employed here will be part of a international team.
As a  Key Account Manager, he will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for implementation of the approved sales and marketing strategy ensuring growing company’s business.
The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Presenting, promoting and selling traction batteries according to company targets and commercial policy;
• Deliver annual sales revenues as defined in budgets and targets;
• Monitors weekly and monthly sales targets per customer, in order to achieve the agreed budget;
• Meet or exceed revenue quota objectives in assigned territory for products and services;
• Report accurately the revenue performance and status of sales activities;
• Prepares and present offers, negotiate & close sales, manage contracts, inquiries or complaints and support customers through specialized knowledge;
• Provides assortment plans and maintains accurate customer records;
• Monitors major competitors' activities and recommends appropriate tactical measures for company's management;
• Executes sales and market policies, programs and objectives to promote and ensure the company’s continuing success and growth;
• Analyze strategic market segments, track market dynamics and business trends, prepares market intelligence reports;
• Identifies new business opportunities;
• Develops and maintains strong account relationships with key customers.
Candidate Profile:
• 2+ years experience in industrial B2B Key Account/Business Development management roles with solid experience and proven track record in batteries;
• University degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical engineering) preferably at a postgraduate level;
• Strong commercial and financial understanding;
• Highly adaptable – able to liaise and negotiate with diverse team and sensitive to cultural differences;
• Excellent ability to create long-term partnerships;
• Excellent fluency in English language is an absolute must;
• PC Literature: MS Office;
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
• Team spirit and creative thinking;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Efficient, with achievement drive and results orientation;
• Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills;
• Self-motivated and innovative thinker;
• Ability to travel within the country 70% of the time.
