Administrative Assistant

Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for an international corporation that has its main activities as a supplier to the furniture industry. They are located in Romania, Denmark, Lithuania and China.
For the company in Romania we are looking for a full time employee who is interested in solving various task in the administrative and financial area.
The financial tasks include
  • Bookkeeping in the group ERP system, and providing documentation to our external bookkeepers
  • End of month reconciliation between group bookkeeping and external bookkeeping
  • Handle bank payments and reconciling bank statements
  • Coordinating processes and task with the head office in Denmark

The administrative tasks include
  • Collect payroll information and deliver them to our external payroll agency
  • Solving various HR related tasks
  • Managing and purchasing office supplies
  • Booking and coordinating freight
  • Ad hoc tasks

English is our corporate language, and you must be able to communicate both in written and oral form. The right candidate is detail orientated, self driven and thrives with handling various task. You are familiar with Excel and using IT as a working tool.
Your educational background could be related to the administrative or financial area, or you have experience with handling administrative or financial tasks. We are looking for a candidate that has the right attitude and will provide the necessary training to be able to complete the job tasks.
Your place of work will be at our production site in Apahida. You will report to the Finance Manager who is located in Denmark.
