Regional Sales Manager located in MURES county
We are hiring now for one of our clients, a Romanian company with an impressive and growing integrated business, that managed to keep and continuously improve the Romanian tradition in producing drugs, which delivers highly standard medical services and manages to have a successful recipe in retail and distribution.
The candidate we are looking for the Regional Sales Manager, vacancy, whom will cover counties as CJ, SB ,MS, HG and BV should be an experienced professional with high skills in leadership and excellent understanding, planning, organizing and managing medical services, being responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of a company's stores across a geographic region.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:

Experience:
- 4-6 years professional experience in a similar position
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
- Business Development
Hard skills:
- Lead Business and Operations for all the stores in the region
- Great knowledge and accuracy in planning and reporting
- Sales Strategy Developer

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
- Evaluate store and individual performances
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
