Finance Specialist for General Electric
Adecco is recruiting for its client, General Electric, one of the largest multinational Digital Industrial Companies, a Finance Specialist in Bucharest.
Ideal candidate:
- Degree in accounting;
- Over 2-3 years experience in an accountant position (STAT Accountant);
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax laws;
- Fluent in Romanian and English;
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Able to work with accounting software (Oracle);
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Membership or student with relevant professional bodies CEECAR, CAFR, Fiscal Consultant, ACCA is a plus;
- Proactive approach;
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment;
- Analytical thinking, able to meet tight deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
Responsibilities related with accounting, finance analysis and fiscal audit support:
- Provide supporting documentation to tax auditors after confirming with Finance Manager;
- Prepare various reports requested by tax auditors and validate with Finance Manager;
- Consolidate information from two accounting systems: Charisma and Oracle to produce consolidated reports as may be requested by tax auditors;
- Maintaining the status of requested information versus provided information;
- Working with archived documentation;
- Other tasks related with fiscal audit.
