Microwave Engineer

Client Description:

Responsibilities:

·      Responsible to Execute the activities with Microwave planning/integration & commissioning process;

·      To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture;

·      External and internal interface for project coordination;

·      NE Creation (RTN/ATN) in NCE;

·      Script creation/correction for RTN/ATN;

·      Daily checking of the integrated links;

·      Troubleshooting on live network with customer impact;

·      Transmission Capacity analysis;

·      Line of Sight Test;

·      Link Engineering;

·      Link Commissioning and Integration;

·      As technical point of contact, engineering team, customer, and vendor;

·      Also you will be offering remote support to field engineers during site integration and commissioning or configuration change;

·      Engaging directly with project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services;

·      Lead or be part of global technical delivery team. Supervise team in technical related matter.

Candidate Profile:

·     1-3 years of experience

·      Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;

·      Preferably with 2 years or above relevant working experience in Microwave Domain

·      Possess excellent knowledge in any of the Microwave communication principles;

·      Experience in Huawei Microwave equipment integrations and operations

·      With multi-vendor product network experience is an added advantage;

·      English language is mandatory at a fluent level;

·      Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills;

·      Customer service oriented and good presentation skill;

·      Based in Bucharest and willing to have business travels to overseas frequently (less than 20%).
