SEE Regional BRAND MANAGER
Client Description:
Adecco is hiring a SEE Regional Brand Manager for its client, a multinational company, in automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Drive dealers to achieve markets sales objectives by following Commercial guidelines and implementing standards.
Provide coordination and support to the entire sales network (12 countries).
Achieve sales goals and take care of the development of the sales and aftersales network.
Order vehicles.
Monitor and maintain the pipeline of cars to ensure that the brand is in a position to fulfil agreed targets.
Prepare the product & pricing strategy for SEE markets.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly actual and planned sales.
Organise trainings prescribed by the brand, but also suggest and add valuable trainings outside the prescribed ones.
Find opportunities in terms of dealers, customers, market development.
Increase the Market Share within the SEE region by driving new car retail sales.
Establish a sound strategy to increase dealer and brand loyalty throughout the area.
Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with producer and the Dealer.
Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.
Communicate results and reports on a planned and regular basis, to maximize SEE markets performance.
Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures, and adapt the brand Int. policy to the region.
Be a part of the Management group and contribute to the general achievement of yearly targets for the brand.
Be a part of the Management group and contribute to the development of the long-term strategy of the company.
Candidate Profile:
- Senior management experience from automotive industry (more than 15 years)
- Knowledge of all markets in the region
- High level of understanding in terms of sales management, as well as a general understanding of all profit centres in the automotive business
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office computer programs
- Ability to work in a team
- The desire to travel
- Driving license B category
