Sustainability Specialist


Client Description:

Adecco is looking for a Sustainability Specialist for one of its clients - a leading diversified professional services and investment management company.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate together with the team at selling the Sustainability Services – green and healthy buildings certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Access4You and others)
  • Coordinate offers and contracts
  • Managing clients’ relationship in regards with the signed contracts
  • Coordination of project meetings and supplying of regular reports, execution of calculation and verification of credits’ feasibility, credits documentation
  • Coordinating the entire certification process, from registration until certification of a project


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in implementing sustainability and ESG initiatives in projects or organizations
  • Experience in working in the built environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively as well as possessing numerical, analytical, and graphical skills
  • An understanding of the interdependencies of sustainability aspects and impacts in the built environment
  • Ability to work on a range of projects across different sectors and scales
  • Exemplary written and spoken English, with experience of report writing and presentations
  • Confident team player, able to work well within a team
  • Time and project management skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)


Can be an advantage:

  • Experience or knowledge of sustainability (Green and healthy buildings certifications: LEED /BREEAM/ WELL, ESG Reporting or ESG initiatives, LCA, Carbon Accounting)
  • Autocad proficiency
  • Degree in environmental science or engineering
