Research Analyst - Real Estate Market

Client Description:

Adecco is looking for a Research Analyst for one of its clients - a leading diversified professional services and investment management company.

Responsibilities:

The Research Analyst will analyze the Romanian real estate market, maintain databases, prepare reports and support internal teams with data insights - while collaborating with clients and colleagues on proposals and presentations.

Job Profile:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of the Romanian real estate market for different types of projects using in-house data or data obtained from public sources.
• Maintain company databases.
• Draft periodic or ad-hoc reports on the Romanian real estate market.
• Conduct specific analyses using specialized tools (PowerBI, ArcGIS).
• Provide support, through analyses or information, to sales, consulting, or support departments.

Candidate Profile:

• You have completed higher education, preferably in economics or a related field.
• You have excellent English skills (writing, reading, and speaking).
• Preferably, you have a good understanding of economics and how it influences the local real estate market.
• You have a keen eye for detail but can also step back for the bigger picture.
• You can successfully manage discussions with clients and easily identify their needs.
• You can equally manage discussions with colleagues and assist them in preparing client proposals and presentations.
• You thrive in an environment that offers you autonomy.
• You can juggle expectations and requests from multiple people/teams with ease.
• You are someone with initiative who knows how to prioritize and solve problems.
