Digital Marketing Specialist
Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, one of the leaders in the abrasives industry, for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Local content process
- Ensure globally produced content is being translated and localized for local needs HUN/ROM.
- Publish content according to content plan and process in our online channels (web, portals).
- Pro-actively provide local content according to process and give feedback to global team for
re-usage inside Mirka.
- Work in close co-operation with global and regional growth marketing and lead-nurturing teams.
Analyze leads and assign leads/opportunities to Sales.
- Co-ordinate and share the content in e-comms and social media platforms. Respond to
comments in co-operation with customer service specialists.
Optimization of online presence
- Follow agreed KPIs for online presence
- Measure digital traffic by monitoring social media and analytical reports
- Improve organic growth according to set KPIs for publishing and sharing of content in cooperation
with global marketing
- Analyze and improve existing content (SEO, SEM) in co-operation with global marketing
Global and Regional co-operation
- Pro-actively collaborate with global and regional teams in regards to content creation, publishing
and sharing process. Regional backup for important publishing/sharing as well.
Project management
- Manage special projects according to business needs.
- Plan and execute the online activities in CEMA according to set KPIs (commit to - and localize
where needed - Mirka content strategy and Mirka social media strategy)
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Staying informed about trends in online marketing
Candidate Profile:
- min 3 years experience in online marketing
and advertising
- good organizational skills and the ability to
multitask
- experience in content optimization and analytics
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written in HUN/ROM and English
- ability to achieve targets
