Client Description:
Adecco Human Resources is hiring for their client, a
global leader in the manufacturing industry from Slatina, Endpoint System Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation, and management of the organization's IT endpoint environment. This role encompasses all desktop and laptop hardware, operative systems, and software computing platforms used by employees and associates within our plants.
Main duties:
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of endpoint ensuring optimal performance, security, reliability
• Manage software deployment
• Provide technical support to IT Teams from hardware and software issues resolving escalated endpoint-related incidents
• Maintain records of endpoint configurations, policies, procedures and KPI
Candidate Profile:
Robust skill set in scripting and query languages like PowerShell and SQL
3-4 years of hands-on experience with end user Operating Systems inside a Microsoft Directory
Proficiency in managing tools such as SCCM and INTUNE, and a deep comprehension of software distribution concepts
Beyond technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot end-user issues with wisdom and efficiency
ITIL certification or strong understanding of IT service management
Wish to stay at the forefront of technological advancements
