Solution Manager Digital Power

Client Description:

Adecco Professional & Executive Search Division is looking for a Solution Manager Digital Power, for one of its clients, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. The position is based in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

·      As a member of Digital Power Solution team, maintain strong communication and teamwork internally with Sales, Service & Marketing teams;

·      Perform Market Analysis and suggest the Sales strategy/Product road map;

·      Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License;

·      Present new products and solutions to customers and channel partners;

·      Perform technical seminars and webinars, participate in events to represent Huawei and its products;

·      Support customers in planning, configurations and technical issues;

·      Analyze Development trend of solar inverter market;

·      Competitors’ strategy/operation Analysis;

·      Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge; Implement technical requirements into our products & solution proposals;

·      Review and improve technical solution for key projects, prepare cost calculations and bill of materials;

·      Execution of internal process by following SOP;

·      Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation;

·      Establish and build close customer relationship;

·      Track purchase orders, maintain project documentation.

Candidate Profile:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain;

·      3+ years of experience in renewable energy, profound knowledge in solar inverters, energy storage solution, hands-on experience with designing and commissioning, familiar with power grid code;

·      Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;

·      Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter and energy storage technology;

·      Excellence in MS Office/ presentation tools; PVSyst, AutoCAD Skill Preferred;

·      Excellent presentation skills in English language

·      Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization;

·      Business travelling will be required;

·      Driving license
