Client Description:
Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a SAP S4 HANA EWM - TM Expert for our client, a leading global provider of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.Responsibilities:
- Analyze current outbound, shipping, and transport processes and identify areas for improvement;
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4 HANA EWM/TM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices;
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions within SAP S/4 HANA EWM/TM to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
- Lead and participate in SAP S/4 HANA EWM/TM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones;
- Provide ongoing support for SAP S/4 HANA EWM/TM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues;
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance;
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Language: English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent);
- A fluent level of German is welcome but not mandatory;
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with SAP EWM and TM including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations;
- Proven track record in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, particularly with EWM and TM modules with focus on outbound/shipping/transport;
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle project implementations in/of S4HANA EWM/TM with focus on executing, managing, and optimizing transportation-related activities (outbound/shipping/transport);
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA EWM and TM functionalities, configuration, and customization;
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and middleware;
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture and integration points;
- Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision;
- Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success.
- Readiness to travel internationally (EU);
- Certifications: SAP EWM and/or TM certifications are considered a plus.
