Client Description:

 

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for one of the largest distributors of car parts and accessories in Central and Eastern Europe!


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible management of the region in terms of sales, logistics, and financial performance.
  • Coordination of activities for 8-10 branches within the allocated region, ensuring their smooth operation and monitoring performance.
  • Full managerial authority over the team (approximately 100-120 people), including coordination and evaluation.
  • Setting sales objectives in alignment with the company strategy developed by top management.
  • Developing sales in the assigned area (identifying new markets, opening new branches, and analyzing competitors).
  • Maintaining and improving professional relationships with the company’s strategic clients.
  • Preparing statistics and reports to be submitted to top management.

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Higher education (university degree).
  • Managerial experience of at least 3-5 years in sales and/or logistics.
  • Proven experience in coordinating large teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Decisive and firm in decision-making.
  • Strong self-organization skills and a broad, dynamic strategic vision.
  • Advanced computer proficiency.
  • Category B driving license.
