Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client , a leading aluminium radiator manufacturer, a Regional Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
· Application of the commercial strategy and policy in the area of competence (partnership model and / or short channel)
· Definition, monitoring and achievement of turnover and margin objective
· Management and development of strategic customers
· Planning and scheduling of the agenda according to the priorities (target time) and the frequency required by the role
· Preparation of coordination activities with the manager and application of defined plans (monitoring and feedback)
· Active participation in training and achievement of the required standards
· Collection of info from the market and competition -Identification and application of promotional campaigns
· Integration and coordination of the activities with the other organizational actors (customers, technical office, administration, marketing).
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum experience as sales representative
· Educational level: High school Diploma or Degree
· Languages: Romanian native language and English level B1
· Ideal place of residence: Provinces of: PRAHOVA, IALOMITA, BUZAU.
· 80% of the work commitment will be for work transfers in Eastern Romania
· Availability to periodic transfers in Italy
· Computer skills: good command of Microsoft Office, experience using CRM is a plus
