Client Description:
We are seeking a talented Brand & Sales Consultant with a prestigious international company in the premium consumer goods sector. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about brand representation and driving sales in a dynamic and competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through proactive engagement with key clients, partners, and retailers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and ensure optimal product placement and merchandising.
- Deliver product training and workshops to retailers and partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent the brand effectively.
- Monitor alongside the store manager and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and broader brand campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, events, and partner meetings to promote the brand and build industry connections.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the premium or luxury consumer goods sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving brand growth.
- Experience working with retail partners and managing in-store brand presence is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to travel for client visits, events, and retailer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
